Marinating, infusing and pickling takes only a third of your time. Create delicious meat or pickles in no-time.
Recipes
approx. 350 grams of blueberries, raspberries, and quartered strawberries (stems removed), washed and patted dry
600 ml vodka
Jars of any size, Nanostoppers, Vacuum Pump or Airtender Electric
Add fruit to one or more clean jars. Fill them with vodka until the fruit is completely covered.
Seal the jar tightly, insert a Nanostopper and pump to maximum vacuum with your hand pump or Electric. Leave for at least 5-10 minutes.
When ready, use a fine mesh strainer to strain the infused vodka, discarding fruit and seeds.
