Shipping questions

We have listed the most common questions regarding shipping and returns. If you can't find your question, feel free to visit or contact page and use the contact form to ask us anything!

We will do our utmost to deliver your products to you as soon as possible.

Orders placed on business days before 16:00 will be shipped the same day. Orders placed between Friday 16:00 and Sunday 00:00 will be shipped on the following Monday.

Orders destined for addresses within the Netherlands will usually be delivered on the next business day.

Special circumstances might prevent us from timely order fulfillment. Should that be the case, we will keep you informed on the fulfillment status.

Unfortunately, we do not have any influence on delays that might occur after the shipment leaves our warehouse. In those instances, please contact the contracted delivery service provider.

Delivery of your order is handled via postal service or our affiliated logistics partner DHL. We will always opt for for the quickest and lowest cost shipping method.

Shipping costs will vary, depending on the order value and shipping destination.

The cost of your shipment will be automatically calculated during the checkout process (before the payment step)

We offer various shipping options via our partner DHL or via PostNL mailbox post.

- Our standard shipping, usually the next day in house if ordered before 16:00. Delivered next day between 8:00 and 18:00.

- DHL Pick up point. The package will be delivered to the nearest DHL location, and will remain there for 7 days.

- Evening delivery with DHL. When you are not able to receive your package during the day.

- Nanostopper sets can be send trough normal mail and will be shipped with PostNL.

We're continuously developing new Airtender® products. When production of a new item starts, we place that item on our online shop. This way we can enable you to be among the first to get our newest products!

It's also possible that our stock doesn’t match demand due to external influences, such as the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19. In these cases, we still want you to be able to reserve certain products. That way, you'll be sure to receive your products as quickly as possible.


You always have the right to return the product within 14 days after purchase, provided that the product is unused and undamaged prior to return.

Prepare your product for the return journey:

1) Pack it well and tightly. Preferably use the original packaging. In this way, the chance of damage is minimized and we may be able to make someone else happy with it. Do you no longer have the original packaging? No problem, we will check the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that;

2) Send the package in a sturdy box that you seal well.

3) Delete your data and account if necessary. Print out your shipping label or write the reply and return number on the box. You can find it in the mail we sent you. Send the package back via:

- A DHL servicepoint near you;
- A letterbox if the parcel is small enough;
- or give it to a DHL deliverer who will deliver it to you.

We will refund the shipping costs that you paid for the original order. However, the return costs will be yours to carry. 

We strive to transfer the credit amount to you within 3 working days.
