Ingredients
- 2 oz (60 ml) pisco
- 1 oz (30 ml) lime juice
- 1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) egg white
- Ice

Equipment
- Rocks glass or tumbler
- Airtender Hand Air Pump or Airtender Electric with Aerator
Method with Airtender Electric

- Attach the Aerator to the Airtender hose
- Combine the ice cubes and all other ingredients in a glass
- Select A mode, setting 3 and activate to start the airflow
- First, keep the control valve hole open to stir for 5 seconds without air
- Cover the control valve on top and stir with air, until foam reaches the rim
- Cover the control valve on top and stir only the foam with air for 5 seconds

- Attach the Aerator to the Airtender Hand Air Pump
- Combine the ice cubes and all other ingredients in a glass
- First, stir the ingredients with the pump and Aerator, without pumping
- Move the aerator to the center of the glass
- Pump until the foam reaches the rim
- Stir the foam with the pump and Aerator
- Pump again until the foam reaches the rim
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 if necessary
