Store wine horizontally
The Nanostopper fits under the screw cap of a wine bottle. This allows you to screw the cap back onto the bottle after vacuum sealing, ensuring 100% leak-proof storage in your wine rack, refrigerator, or climate cabinet.

Double vacuum indicator
The Airtender vacuum pump has a vacuum indicator that tells you when to stop pumping. The Nanostoppers also have a vacuum indicator to show you whether the bottle is vacuum-sealed.

Place a Nanostopper in the bottle neck.

Place the vacuum pump centered on top of the Nanostopper.

Pump until you hear the "popping" vacuum indicator and remove the pump.

Check to see that the Nanostopper sits perfectly flat on the bottle neck.

For screw cap bottles: place the screw cap over the Nanostopper and screw closed.
