When you place an order on our online shop, it's shipped from our central warehouse in Germany within 24 hours.

Shipping cost depends on the destination, and will be calculated for you after you enter the shipping address, before payment of course.

If you have purchased your Airtender product in a store, or an online platform other than the Airtender webshop, please contact that store for the return procedure.
