Why it works

The Airtender Cocktail Aerator works by diffusing air from the pump into millions of microscopic air bubbles. These bubbles get trapped in the cocktail ingredients, instantly creating a rich foam.This turbulent process also mixes the ingredients themselves and boosts flavour at the same time.

When you use the aerator in a glass, you can create a premium foamed cocktail without a shaker.

How to use

Fill half a glass with ice cubes and use a jigger to measure and add ingredients. Add egg white, or a foaming alternative.*

Place the Airtender Aerator in the glass and use it to stir the ingredients for about 5 seconds. You will feel the glass get colder.

Pump air into the mixture and watch the foam rapidly increase in volume. Stop when the foam reaches the top of the glass. Stir and pump a bit more if necessary.

Finish with a nice garnish – and you’re done!

TIP: if you pre-mix the ingredients (excluding the egg-white), you will be able to serve cocktails even faster.

*This is what bartenders use to create most foamed cocktails. Use fresh egg whites or liquid egg white from the supermarket. Or use a vegan alternative if you don't want to use eggs.
